If you've been following my blog for a while you will know that I have been trying to lose weight. I blogged here about how this was not going to be achieved with diet alone. The link also has a picture of the "me" I want to get back to.So I started running. This is not something that I enjoy at all. Not one bit. But I want to lose weight and so I must do it. I have a LOT of weight to lose. I am not focussing on how fat I am, but rather the weight I want to get to. I am not tracking weight loss progress other than how my clothes now fit and what others say. However, when I was thinking of a subject for this weeks gallery topic there was an obvious one that sprung to mind.
That is one ugly belly! That is after 3 weeks of running too - imagine how bad it was before?!
