Is this really summer? I mean, I am quite happy for it not to be hot. Have you tried wearing a fur coat in baking heat? But I don't like the rain. It doesn't go well with fur coats. Mind you, the rain is great weather for hunting. And if all else fails I can just cuddle up with my two legs and dry off nicely.
The litter training of the little two legs seems to have taken a turn for the worse. I really can't believe it. If I poo'd and wee'd all over the floor like little two legs does I would be in serious trouble. I mean it SERIOUS trouble. If I think about it, they locked me out for a whole night just because I wanted to bring my bunny in to eat, so if I used the carpet as a litter then they would probably kick me out of the house for good. And to be honest I quite like it here (it's ok, for those of you worried about my well being overnight, I just went and stayed with the neighbour two-legs- ha!)
The little two-legs has also found her meaouw lately. She used to just make random noises and was actually quite quiet. Now she seems to be very loud and it is becoming increasingly difficult to get any sleep around here.
When we have had nice days I have not been able to relax and enjoy it because it is part of my job to watch after little two-legs and make sure she is always safe. She has a habit of running off and I am not sure that the big two-legs are capable of looking after her like they should do. If she was my kitten I would keep her firmly in grabbing distance. So I have to make sure I keep close to her in case something happens.
Hunting has been going well. I haven't been getting as many rabbits as usual but I have found these flying mice a really interesting challenge. For some reason it caused quite a fuss with the two-legs when I brought them home. They were so impressed I made an effort to bring one home each day for a few days.
Anyway, I best get on. It's raining here again today and I have some serious sleeping to do.
