1 packet of sausages (the meatier the better)
1 tin of baked beans
1 tin of kidney beans
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
optional: 1 pepper of your choice in colour
Chop the sausages into chunks and brown them off. Add to slow cooker
Chop of the onions and fry up in the pan after the sausages. Add to slow cooker
Add the baked beans, the chopped tomatoes and kidney beans to the slow cooker.
Peel and slice the carrot and add it (and the pepper if you like)
Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
Add a good squirt of ketchup
Add a glug of Balsamic
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on high for a couple of hours and then turn down until you are ready to eat a few hours later.
