This recipe is Gluten Free if made with gluten free oats
Ingredients
- 175g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp honey or syrup depending on preference
- 150g Demerara sugar
- 250g oats (gf if you want)
optional
- raisins, choc chips, banana or whatever you can think of!
Recipe
- Melt butter, syrup and sugar together
- Add to the oats
3. Pat down into a baking tray
4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
5. Leave to cook for about 5 minutes and then mark into squares
6. Once nearly cool turn out onto a baking tray
