I am attending a black tie event in a couple of weeks- after the marathon. I had a nightmare with my outfit and still wasn’t happy with it.
So today I went out and bought a dress. I am still far from happy with how I look but it is at least more appropriate for the event.
I need tights, nail varnish and makeup now. The event is 2 days after I run 26.2 miles for the London Marathon!
This will have to do. The bonus is, thanks to a sale at Debenhams the whole lot (including underwear!) cost £87
