The last 2 days the weather has been gorgeous. I have had every Friday off during the school holidays and am really enjoying having long weekends!
Yesterday I did something that I have wanted to do for ages but didn't have a good reason to - that is clear under the stairs. I saw a picture on Facebook where someone had turned under their stairs into a Wendy house. Mine is a bit different but it could still be a den for the little one!
But as you can see I had quite a lot of clearing to do
But we did it and the little one is very happy. She likes to sit there when we go upstairs and ask "Who's that trip trapping over my bridge?"
Today we took a long overdue trip to Costco in Aberdeen together. It's unusual for all of us to go.
We all wanted this! Problem is I would need to hire a van - and a strong person - to buy it because Costco don't do delivery!
We went to the cafe for lunch. The little one had jacket potato with beans and cheese and ice cream of course. It's an American chain so portions are huge!
It was such a lovely day, when we got home I lit the barbeque. After all, we had all that lovely food from Costco too.
The little one decided she liked peppers and courgettes which was brilliant.
All in all a lovely Saturday
