I am, without doubt, in the best place I have ever been in my life. It is a really happy and exciting place.
The stuff I’ve been talking about the last couple of days on here doesn’t change the fact that my life is brilliant these days. I can enjoy what I do and enjoy being with the people I love so much.
I am very lucky.
On Friday I turn 40 and I can't wait.
A lot of people dread their 40th. Although there are many different reasons for this a common one is the feeling of getting older and regretting what hasn't been done (or even what has!).
But to me, what has gone past is in the past and we can't change it so why worry about it?
I can't wait to see what opportunities life brings me as I turn 40.
So bring on Friday, where I can celebrate a moment that signifies that starter gun for what I expect to be the best time of my life.
