Disclaimer : This post is written by Death Cat. It is him who catches and kills the animals you see in the post. Nothing I can do about it (although it's great for teaching the little one about animals!)
I know it seems hard to believe. But last week she disappeared for a whole morning and today she was taken away by the big two-legs and still isn't back.
Should I be worried? Will she be back? Will the same happen to me.
I am very worried about the lack of food if the little two-legs doesn't come back. She has great food and seems happy enough to share it.
Well, most of the time. She was shoving me around and telling me to "Get off" yesterday when I was sharing her food. Such mixed messages. How is a cat supposed to know what to eat and what not to eat?
Anyway, it's only fair that we share equally and because she is letting me have so much of her food I am working extra hard at bringing some of mine home. Did I mention I am a really, really good hunter? Here is one of my kills. You have to admit, the big mouse is pretty impressive. Do you realise how long I had to sit and wait for it to pop it's head up so I could catch it? Doesn't taste very nice though. I thought the little two-legs could have it as a pet but I think it might be dead.
She loves it when I bring rabbits home. She puts her hands on her had like its ears and says "Rabbit". I'm afraid they are a little too tasty to share with her though. I know, I know, she shares her tasty food but not all of it! So I'm the same.
We are getting on very well these days. She doesn't pull my tail anywhere near as much so I can lie in the lounge while she plays and actually get some decent sleep. She does occasionally try to ride my back, and she sometimes jumps off the windowsill on me, but I figure it's a small price to pay for the food and it means I can keep an eye on her and make sure she's ok.
I've started joining her on walks down the path. It's a shame the nice weather is disappearing. We have had some nice walks together. Mind you, I had to leg it when some strange two legs appeared.
Of course the other big news is that the little two-legs has started using her litter again. I still don't understand why it's ok for her to use her litter in the middle of the living room. I would be in such big trouble if I did that. She get's lot of applause and praise for doing it too. Crazy!
Anyway, I suppose I should get back to worrying about what's happened to little two-legs. I might give one of the big two-legs some extra cuddles just in case.
